I agree on all counts. My trip was 11/15-11/22; mileage denied 12/17; followup discussion with AAgent instructed me NOT to resubmit as it's a known error. So I have a calendar reminder set for 1/20/22 but I expect [hope?] that there should be some movement next week--if not my flights, then at least those of others on this thread.
