Snark aside, I'm not sure that the FAs could have realistically done much more in the beginning. Restraining her and handing her over to the police was the appropriate response at the time.
The next question that comes to mind is, if she was drunk was she cut off onboard, or if she was that way before she got on the plane did the GA (and FAs) let somebody on who shouldn't have flown? I've flown FLL and MIA to ATL enough times to know that even up front with a heavy pouring FA you would need to to have a pretty decent head start before boarding.
Yeah, I agreed...it's pretty difficult to get drunk on a plane from TPA-ATL. Flying MCO-ATL, roughly the same distance, it's tough to get a single beverage in first class sometimes! I couldn't imagine actually getting two!
