I've just been approved for the AMEX Business Platinum!!!

I think it's been mentioned that I have to wait 24 hours after enrolling in the benefits to increase the chance I'll get the credits back? Is this still the case? I was approved for the card at about 10:48 PM EST. I enrolled in the Dell, Airline, and Adobe credits by about 11:00 PM EST. Is it really necessary to wait, considering I have less than 72 hours left in 2021? I was thinking of purchasing and using some of the credits as early as 12:00 AM EST, which will be a new calendar day. Any advice on what to do?
