Who did you buy this Flex package from? AFAIK FB award tickets have no such offer. FB tickets are changeable, so not sure what benefit adding flex even offers.

I think HV messed up. They shouldn't have sold this Flex option on a FB award ticket. Likely this is why FB can't help. They likely have no control over ticket now that HV has reissued/ revalidated it.
