Yeah, the legroom is slightly better in exit rows but I don't think it's a huge difference. I'm 6'4" and find the PC seats to be just fine. I don't like bulkheads in coach as the tray being in the armrest eats into the width a bit and I feel like I'm being squished the whole flight (and I'm pretty slim). Watch out for seat 10A as it doesn't have a window. Definitely watch out for the front exit row as it doesn't recline.
