Globalist, stayed on 12/17. Booked a king room and got a city view, but no suite upgrade. Checked in right at 4pm, room wasn't ready. They offered me $150 that I could charge to room. Ended up using it on room service for dinner, then used globalist breakfast benefit for room service as well. Over $300 value between the two for free.

Had to remind front desk at checkout that they gave me a credit and asked "how much," so I assume there are different values for status.
