Broke airline, a shame for and efficient country like Chile

First of all I think you can also log in with only your PNR or order number on the LATAM website.
For me since yesterday it shows "wrong password" and after resetting via email again the same. It is definitely not browser related (or adblocker or cookies) as I tried with several browsers
Wonder how this airline can be in business, hope GOL will grow and also take domestic routes in Chile.
Slightly OT: I am about to hand over to flightrights a refund claim for two SCL - IPC business class tickets as the "customer" service of LATAM repeatedly claims my bank data for a refund are wrong "IBAN incorrecto" transfer rejected by bank"..... Such a nonsense. My bank told me they are so broke that they find all kind of excuses to delay payments (as it happens to others of their customers). Looks I am not the only in this situation.
I feel nearly ashamed thinking that I complained to Lufthansa for a refund wihich was delaid by two weeks a year ago. With LATAM we are talking about 5 month now.
