I'm planning to contact AA again this week. I submitted a request using the online form on DEC 9 for a flight on NOV 26 and it was denied on DEC 17. AA's twitter team have been no help their response was only that I need to email the aadvantage team.

I submitted a different request via email on DEC 17 for a flight on NOV 29 along with my boarding pass and it was denied on DEC 21.
