Hilton in Salalah, Oman. Muscat was pretty short on major brand hotels, why put one in Salalah, and put it in the middle of nowhere in Salalah?
Was a bit pricey with cash, but a great use of points.

Marriott in Georgetown, Guyana. Fantastic use of points (back in 2017, anyways).

The Sheraton Sana'a, mentioned earlier, had a belly dancer. I hope she got out of the country in time...
