I will provide a more detailed update soon. In sum the staff really worked hard to keep everything running smoothly and keep everyone fed. Car was buried in 3 feet of snow just from last night and the valet spent 20 min helping me dig out (I didn’t want to be delayed getting out). They misplaced my key for a while which was not great as the tag had the location but was able to find the vehicle thanks to MercedesMe app and a spare key. I was reluctant to pay $150 a year for the app but feel very good about that now LOL

I love the resort and location is perfect - except when you are buried in a blizzard, all roads are closed, and you can’t take advantage of the pools, skiing or much of anything. Not to mention the price gouging over the holiday week when we were literally trapped here. Also did not appreciate the pot smoke in hallways and elevators
Safe travels.
