I concur that the new HGI has a very nice location. My Airbnb accomodation was on the same street so I passed that property many times; looked very nice from outside and with excellent/ central location. Next time in Budapest I will stay there.

On a diff. note I have yet to understand why anyone would stay at Hilton on the Buda side. Yes, indeed very posh from outside, but the location is awful IMO; in the middle of the sights of the old town/castle hill but so far from the restaurants, bars and life in city centre on the other side of the river (Pest).
