what makes it a shortcut?
Yes I have used it a few times and it’s incredibly fast. Certainly much faster than the Premier check in counters that have like 2 agents for every 8 kiosks. I believe (not 100% sure) that it’s open to all United travelers and not just Premier, but admittedly I am Gold so I can’t fully confirm.
One thing to note is that they recently moved this from level 3 door 1 to level 3 door 3 (far end of the terminal).
