There are numerous threads discussing the various Vienna properties which might be a good starting place for you if you search the forum. As for if the LeM is "fairly decent enough"....sure it is. Only you can decide if you want to stay at the LeM or if you want to splurge on the Ritz....especially since you didn't provide any real info for others to answer your question. How long are you staying? Is the location important? Will you be spending much time at the hotel or just sleeping there? If you expect the LeM to be as good as the Hyatt you might want to go with the Ritz instead.
