We ended a 3 nights stay last week. At check-in, they confirmed $50 Diamond credit per day. At check-out, they could not give me the bill because of "problems with the printer". They promised to mail it immediately. I asked if the $150 credit was applied, and they confirmed.
A litter later I received the "bill". It was a blank PDF!!! I contacted them, but no reply. The bill on my Hilton website was also blank. So I had to contact Hilton support. They got me the bill, and, as expected, the $150 credit was NOT applied! I contacted them again, but no reply so far. Now I have to contact Hilton customer service again. Really bad service. I will cancel my next stay there!
