I've been to the one in Tripoli.
I'm not sure what qualifies as "random". I've been to Sheraton's in Sana'a (closed now) and Djibouti, a Hilton in N'Djamena (closed). Once upon a time, Starwood did a pretty good job in non-Disney Africa, lots of Le Meridiens, in particular.
