When you arrive at the rental facility, go to the dedicated Emerald Club line.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Present your driver's license and credit card. You will receive the rental agreement and keys and be directed to your vehicle.
In order to have the rental agreement ready for you when you arrive, they assign a car and print the contract in advance.. if you no show they will eventually cancel this reservation. It's been like this for years at small non aisle and off airport locations.
