Well for one, nobody is going to help. Nobody can help. I've taken all the advice (contact lurkers/social media specialists, call the elite line, reach out to contacts on Elliott.org). This problem has already escalated to a supervisor's boss's boss, and still I wait.
Also, this thread is far from relegated to discussion of using points here.
