Almost 2 months since our stay and we still havent been credited the correct number of points. (~60,000 have posted)

Already have sent 7 emails, submitted my missing stay request 3 times, and called 4 times.

On my last phone call (12/20), I talked with an elite desk supervisor. She spent an hour and 20 minutes with me going over the details and reading the email chain between me, the hotel, and the missing stay department. She reaffirmed my eligible spend as calculated by the hotel themselves, a number that an agent had already confirmed a month and a half ago. Despite this, the missing stay department never made the appropriate adjustment. My guess is either because they are outsourced and couldn't understand the situation, or because they didn't want to/aren't allowed to spend much time evaluating the issue.

Elite desk supervisor conferred with Manager on Duty for customer engagement, and after they too were clued in on everything that was happening, they both decided to attempt a manual folio adjustment. Unfortunately, this required approval from someone higher than even them, and they promised they would keep an eye on it to make sure it got resolved. They were hopeful someone would take care of it before they closed for the holiday weekend, but it didn't happen. Nor did anything change today.

Fifth phone call will be tomorrow.
The effort required for this is insane, and the process has been a testament to Marriotts pitiful Customer Service (though to their credit, the elite desk is friendly and at least tried)
190,000+ additional points are on the line though, and since I'm not a biz traveler, that's a lot to me.
