Same for me....purchased the full 200k on 22nd December and still no points showing. Have the receipt from points.com which came through a few minutes after purchasing. I have contacted AY+ several times but still no resolution. I'm chasing every day now as I need to make an award booking for a few weeks time before the availability disappears. Very frustrating.
Not sure if the issue is with new accounts as I signed-up and immediately bought points - was that the same for you

Helsinki Flyer was your account a new one when you bought points or have you had it for some time? I wonder if this is the issue with ppl buying on new accounts. I didn't actually get my "Welcome to Finnair Plus" email until Dec 25th, 3 days after the points purchase so maybe there is the problem between accounts being fully setup and points being automaticaly credited.
