I was able to call in and get both mine and my wife’s certs (both expiring end of 2021) swapped for 40k points each. I had two nights booked this week to burn them but told the rep we had to cancel due to both of us being sick (not a lie). had to call 3 separate times to get a rep who would do this. YMMV
