Staying here and no issues with checkin when my wife came a bit later than I did. Very nice Regency Club staff. I didn't get an upgrade (as globalist) due to end of year the hotel is completely full. So far the service is MUCH better than Marriotts in Colombia - basically there is actual customer service here vs none at the Marriott properties. Still not the best in the world, but at least up to regency standards in the US/Mexico.
