For me it is a mixed bag. Transactions from 12/12 and 12/13 have posted as expected. My transaction from 12/14 done at 12:30-ish AM ET (only 30 mins into the day many, many hours before the first banner appeared on SM website) only posted as 40x. I have the screen captures for everything so I''ll pursue that one. Basically what I am seeing aligns with what the earlier banner then taken down said which was anything before 12/14 would be honored.
Similar for me. Two 12/12 transactions are good, but an ~8am EST transaction from 12/14 hasn't. They said anything up to 10am CST on 12/14 would be honored (
