So long as you apply for offers sent directly to you by American Express you won't run afoul of the "not intended for you" restriction.
Additional charge cards represent no incremental credit risk. Opens charge cards seem unlikely to attract a Financial Review unless the
spending is disproportionate to your KNOWN income and assets.
