Landed at YYZ Terminal 3 Dec 27th early AM from the US, but I had also been in other countries in the preceding two weeks.

Showed CBSA my Nexus slip. He asked where I was arriving from and I said the US. He gave me a green sticker and sent me on my way. After reading posts here I knew this was good news.

Got my bag 5 minutes after that. And walked out of the baggage claim area to the left into freedom. Was overall one of my faster experiences at Pearson.

Some notes:
- most people were NOT going to the left out of baggage claim, which I assume means most people are in fact getting tested.

- CBSA never asked for my negative Covid test - only the checkin agent in the US did. Is this common? The last time I entered Canada I crossed via land and there CBSA agents do check the tests - presumably because there is no one else to do so. Or perhaps they don’t bother asking Nexus holders in general.
