Thinking of Going for MVPG again

I'm a former MPVG and now a DL PM, mostly due to a ton of MQMs from the Delta-AmEx card. But was going through my '21 flying and I split a lot of flying between WN, UA, AS, and AA due to not living near a DL hub, and needing someone else for PHX and intra-CA flying where it makes little sense to connect. Thinking of consolidating my non DL flying to AS/AA/OneWorld now. Here are my reasons, would love any feedback on my thinking

1. I don't need to lie flat on a transcon. I'd rather pay $500-$600 for domestic F than $1,100 for a lie flat on a flight that lands a good 2-3 hours before I'm going to sleep. DL makes it worse because many of their lie flats between JFK and SFO are on 2x2 757s but are priced like solo seats. AS has the right product/price for my needs here.
2. I need status for free E+/Premium upgrades on someone besides DL. Free F upgrades aren't really something I expect or need on shorter flights.
3. The AA partnership for PHX. I'm going to PHX every six weeks now, and would like to accumulate some benefit for this. Both AA and AS can get me there directly from both SFO and SJC.
4. OneWorld - once COVID ends I'll probably be going to SYD annually, LHR the same, with a TYO trip at some point.
5. Don't care about F upgrades on AA, just free MCE and the ability to earn AS EQMs.

I was thinking of going for UA Gold, or even buying the $600 annual E+ pass, but the paid F transcon pricing is what's tilting me back to AS.

Thoughts? Anything I'm missing?
