I guess it is sold out. When I try your dates and am not signed in, the hotel shows as not available. Signed in, I see the $399 but no success when clicking on the hotel.
Looking at it one night at a time, the 20th appears to be sold out. The hotel is willing to sell a room on the 21st for $499.
