Ok so I used this site through Kayak BEFORE I read the reviews. This was just 3 days ago. I immediately received my e tickets and went on FinnAir and was able to choose seats for all but one leg of the flight which I will call Finnair about. It was very easy and I am keeping my fingers crossed that the terrible reviews previously posted (almost all during Covid ) will be a thing of the past. I booked 2 First Class flights and my e tickets SAY First class and Finnair confirmed. The cost was about $2500 cheaper than through the airline. Usually I use United to get points but could not pass up this deal.
