I need to cancel 3 flights on 1 pnr. Cheapest bucket. I understand it goes to travel voucher.
My understing is these have no expiry? correct.
No problem with that for me.

Only question I have is if I can use the travel voucher towards the purchase of a Sun pass.

Ie; sunpass is 3200.00. Voucher is 1500.00 could I use the voucher and pay the difference with credit card?
Could do it online, or only with agent?

Anyone have first hand experience with this?
