How many people do you think have tried that gambit on a utility company???

What they will do is give you a credit for your upcoming utility bills and hang onto the money.

If you become insistent on being reimbursed, they may just send you a utility company cash card if they have it, or another type of gift card.

But, what the heck, give it a try and let us all know how it went. You can be the first DP on this thread
