I just spoke to Customer Service (not sure in US) lady, with her equally nice dog barking in background. She first tried to "cancel" on my behalf ( 2 days late?), and was dumbfounded that system wouldn't let her. She ended up assuring me that my AMEX charge will be reversed.

I still can't understand why there was no reminder of upcoming rental...I'm also seeing no trips in my profile anywhere, now
