Lol, Might I suggest a chinese meat shop or asian supermarket (with a hot food section)? Many will have roasted goose on sale (in addition to the other roasted/BBQ'ed meats). You could order one in advance if you want. Some western supermarkets also sell roasted goose, but I don't see those very often.
