I just flew CO in paid F last month. On the all flights, there was a choice of entrees. On the EWR-LAX flight, I had a lobster appetizer, nice salad, choice of warm breads from the bread basket, a choice of a veal chop, chicken breast, shrimp scampi, or a pasta bowl. I had the veal chop and it was great!! Then, a deesert cart was rolled out and I finished my meal with a delicious ice cream sundae. Not bad considering I could have flown Delta, paid the same amount for my ticket, and had "chicken surprise" for dinner. Also, CO had metal silverware, including knives. The one thing I missed was the small bottle of water at your seat when you board.
