Christmas dinner with friends...it takes a village to get a simple meal on the table. A village and 2 meat thermometers, one oven thermometer, 4 cosmopolitans, and much debating. But it was great...prime rib, Yorkshire puddings, roasted potatoes, creamed spinach with pancetta, and pumpkin pie with whipped cream.
