I don't know about that. At least in Canada, with the influx of mainland chinese students on top of the HKers, all the major cities have asian-chinese foods available. BC, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec are covered. The smaller provinces should have as well (especially those with known universities).
In the US, all the major cities should be covered as well... maybe not in the less populated states...
