We made a command decision to book an expensive suite here after we got stuck in Truckee due to the.blizzard. All the roads out are closed (80 and 237) so even the Hyatt (where we stayed earlier this week) was not an option. Plenty of rooms but Nothing on points and couldn’t reach Hyatt to inquire about points upgrade.

so far not impressed. No globalist recognition at checkin and was told no free parking. Will fix that tomorrow along w resort fee. Trying to get a rollaway as the suite is advertised as big enough for 5 adults. $80 seems excessive for the Xmas buffet so we may try the steakhouse.

on the plus side the valet/bell guys are super nice and good acoustic music in lobby.
