I'm on AA 429 12/27, JFK-SNA on the 321T, 3 class transcon. Purchased domestic first (J class), so we are seated in the business cabin. I have 41 upgrade stickers in my account, but there is no "request upgrade" option online or in the mobile app. There are 3 of us on the same PNR, so one of them will stay in business if we get upgraded. I'm PLT, so in my upgrade window. My question is how do I request the upgrade ?
