So I will definitely never stay here again. After 20 days after my stay, I get a charge for incidentals that the front desk manager said were going to be removed. Whatever they tell you about the credits for Diamond ($25 per person) FHR breakfast ($33 per person) and the $125 FHR credit. Take it with a grain of salt. Some front desk agents will say its ONLY at suns out buns out, some say the kitchen also, some say Starbucks is not authorized, some say its fine. Others say restaurants except Brezza. etc. Do not trust what the manager or front desk agents say. I was told by an agent (confirming TWICE in person at the front desk) that I had $180 credits left, and then coming down to the front desk a few hours later, the credits were only $50...lol. NO CONSISTENCY. Judging from my experience and others here its a crap shoot. Now I'm fighting with Hilton before I dispute Amex to get the charged removed, which the hotel manager said it would be. Liar.
