If availability comes back then it would have been bookable, and there are often cancellations. ExpressTest have been available and pretty reliable throughout,
I see your point - but my point is this must be an IT issue at the moment because I never got to enter in a date because it simply shows no walk-thru facilities in LGW even exist. Capacity is date related and whilst I agree there may well be capacity issues in the next few days, that wouldn't be the case at the moment some 4-6 weeks out from now.
