Booked Standard Room, received Junior Suite.

How are the rooms?
Modern and bright. I think recently renovated.

How is the exec. lounge?
Lounge was open and offered complimentary drinks including beer and wine. No snacks.

What was good and what was bad?
+ Friendly staff
+ Convenient location, complimentary parking if you find spot on the street
+ Excellent IHG Spire Elite recognition
+ Buffet breakfast very good for CP.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Value for $ was good. Would definitely return if they offer same treatment for Spire members.
