Chase ink was shut down back in 2014. Since then all my new chase card will be shut down in about 1-3 months after it opened, citing previously unsatisfied relationships. Your DP is pretty much what has been reported in the past by others.
There does not seem to be a time line for forgiveness but there are some who have been able to work their way back in after a number of years. I suspect that the amount of time depends on the egregiousness of the offense. I suspect that if the shut down were simply due to excess MSing, then your time in purgatory would be less than if you had cost Chase thousands of dollars.
There seems to be a recurring theme of 7 years to reinstatement. You are getting close. Maybe 2022 will be your year
