It's not day 2 she needs. is pre-flight - as I posted "My daughter is on a flight from LGW....."

Thanks to everyone and to bisonrav for managing to speak to someone there. My daughter decided to abandon the public transport method of getting to LGW and good ol' Dad is now driving her there and we booked through the Collinsons Drive Thru. Don't you just love "IT issues" that grind everything to a halt
