Voucher for Taxes/Fees on Award Ticket
Does anyone know if I cancel a revenue booking, if the voucher that I would receive can be utilized to pay for the taxes and fees on a Flying Blue award ticket? Would be the same PAX

Right now have a flight booked in economy, want to cancel it, get a voucher, and rebook the same flight in business.
