Got an email this morning that my sisters flight to Toronto at 6:05pm is cancelled. The usual generic "crew constraints / covid 19"

A/C has *not* rebooked yet.

Any other info that anyone can see? Is she eligible for compensation? At this point we know full well she won't be rebooked until tomorrow or boxing day at least.
