just to circle back, JAL accepted my printed QR code for the BKK thai pass, printed insurance, and printed free CVS RT PCR covid test no problem. no questions
aside from asking me when i got my thaipass and telling me he heard they suspended , also they did verify the date of my COVID test as expected
