Good morning, and Merry Christmas Eve, everyone!

Apologies if this has been discussed but I couldn't find any info using the search function.

I prepaid for a two day Hertz rental through their website, paying about $127. The final bill after I returned the car on time was about $100. Do I get my $27 back? Or is this yet another reason that Hertz is really a shadow of its former self? Dispute the original charge? Try Hertz customer service? Never pre-pay again?

Asking if anyone has had a similar experience and the eventual outcome. Thanks, and stay safe out there,
