Great minds think alike. I'm also looking to use my expiring Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts credit for a stay here either next week or in Jan. Rates are about the best I've ever seen for the Conrad Tokyo.

Amex FHR rates are good at Conrad Tokyo ($280/night) but even better at Grand Hyatt Tokyo ($253/night), and both offer a $125 experience credit. Grand Hyatt Tokyo is the better value since their club lounge has significantly better food and champagne but I need to be in the Hamamatsucho area during my stay, so that's what I chose. I'm also using the $200 hotel credit which makes it an even better deal. Can we also receive the $25 daily food credit from Hilton during an FHR stay?
