I am planning a trip: U.S. -> Doha -> Dubai -> (Abu Dhabi) -> Egypt at the end of December. I've read some Covid requirement information. Could someone point out anything I missed?

I am a U.S. citizen and fully vaccinated (Moderna 3 doses) with CDC Covid-19 vaccination card.

A. USA -> Doha (4 days)
1. Ehteraz Approval
2. Negative PCR test within 72 hours before arrival
3. Upon arrival, get a local SIM for use with mobile Ehteraz app.

B. Doha -> Dubai (4 days)
1. Negative PCR test within 72 hours before arrival
2. Get a visa on arrival

(I would also like to go to Abu Dhabi, but it seems to be impossible due to 14-day quarantine rules.)
C. Dubai -> Abu Dhabi (by car) (2 days)
1. Alhosn app
2. Need another PCR test??

D. Abu Dhabi -> Cairo (2 weeks)
1. Egypt e-Visa
2. Negative PCR test with QR code (??), taken at a maximum of 72 hours before flight departure time.

E. Cairo -> U.S.
1. Negative PCR test within 1 day before departure
