What did they say was missing/needed? If had already submitted it, then might be able to convince DL should backdate.
Ah that sucks. They said there wasn't enough English for them to be able to process it (I think some of the original paperwork I sent had Korean on it). The person I talked to before said they could definitely back date it once it was approve. 😢
