Call the SkyMiles desk at 1-800-323-2323 and give them the "ticket" number for your address change request that you got back via email.
The agent I was speaking to got in touch with the Department who handles this, and the change was made the same day.
I just did that and they finally decided to reply to me so I can send them more documentation.
Unfortunately they said it's been too long and they can't back date the status even though they're the ones who made the error. I was told I was supposed to receive an email requesting more paperwork and they just never sent it to me. And then they go saying that there's nothing they can do. Very frustrating. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can get that backdated status from my 2019 November status match, I'm very open to them.
