There's still 1 consistency, you're more likely to get beverage service on SEA-PDX vs. SEA-YVR in any cabin

Ya I don't see YVR-SEA getting anything but DH4 while cross-border and internal Canadian pandemic measures changing every week.
If anything, I don't doubt [the Prime Minister's] ability to ban all foreigners on non-essential travel if things get way worse up North, which means YVR-SEA will get cut again.
